Well this seems to be it…

Well I just got an email from Jessica saying that if you had over 50 blog posts you would get an A. As it stands now I have 52 although I am sure that a few won’t count because I just posted a few stumble upon links so I’ll probably end up with a B or maybe an A if Jessica feels nice and likes the links I posted. I can’t say I’m going to miss this blog too much. No one reads it and it is kind a pain to have to try and post here every so often. But you know, it helps me get an A in FI (I really hope I do and Jessica if you are reading this I would love you sooooooo very much if you would give me an A because I am a good student and I really like A’s) Anyway, what I’m trying to say is, Adios WordPress. We had a good run…

Oh, forgot to mention…

Yeah, Nats killed tonight. Finally got their offense in synch. They scored 10 runs against the Mets, one of their division rivals. Unfortunately their pitching still blows, they let 5 runs through. They need more of that, both relief at starting. Some more offensive guns wouldn’t hurt either. But i guess its too earlier to start asking for trades now…

Child Psych…

So my child psych test is tomorrow. I’ve studied a decent amount, but I can’t help but feel that I haven’t studied enough. We had a kinda improntu study group today after Abnormal Psych and everyone there kept talking about how they were going to stay up all night cramming. I feel pretty good at where I stand now. I left at about 10:30-11ish so I didn’t stay long. I guess I’m just worried about getting a good grade on this test because it will really help my final grade if I can get a decent grade (as in a B) so that I won’t have such a need to ace my final. I guess this is just the feeling of finals…

Kate.

Kate is this person who works in the cinema office. I have gotten to know Kate quite well over the past few weeks since I have been in the office for an extensive period of time these last few weeks (you know logging footage and all) She isn’t in the office all that much anymore because she is getting her graduate degree and U of R. I think it’s in English. What’s ironic is that she is sitting right behind me and keeps looking over my shoulder to see what I am typing about her. Little does she know that I am only writing about her to fill in blogs so I will get an A in Focused Inquiry. In other news I recently discovered that my grandfather is a duck. I just put that line in to make this post longer.

Nats last night…

You know you’re baseball team really sucks when you Ace is your best player. Not your best pitcher, your best player. And he only plays once every 5 games. Tim Redding, the Nats best pitcher pitched a gem. (5 innings, 3 ER) and hit a 2 run double. Sounds pretty good right?

Wrong.

Because thee Nats have no offense and thats the only runs they scored. Its really sad when your pitcher drives in you teams only runs…

Abnormal Psych…

So I just took an online quiz in my Abnormal Psych class. It took my grade from an 86.5 to an 88 which drastically improves my chances of getting an A in that class if I do awesome on the exam. I find that funny how a simple 5 question quiz can jump your grade up by a few points. Even at the end of the year when you have a lot of grades in a simple quiz can take your grade from a B to a B+. Kinda like in baseball, when even toward the end of the year a single or two can take your average from a .298 to a .300. Anyway back to work…

Washington Nationals…

So if you read this blog at all, you know my love for baseball. And my love for the Washington Nationals. If your in my FI class, as most of you reading this probably are, you also know my love for a man named Dmitri Young. Well all that love has flown out the window because this years Nationals suck. Like suck worse than last year suck. They really suck. They are like 6-15. They had a 9 game losing streak at one point. OMG they suck. They make me want to get a new team for the next few years because they suck so bad, and I’m loyal to the point at which I don’t do that. Goddamn. They suck…

Editing…

So we started editing the FFF video today. A few of the tapes are missing and the audio is terrible in spots but this video is going to be pretty rough. That’s ok since next year is the year that we’re going to give them an amazing video. This year we were really just figuring out how it was going down and where the weak spots were so that we would know how to fix them for next year. Rob has pretty much given me the job for next year since I know the set-up the best. I already have a few great ideas about how to fix it up real nice. This could be my ticket in, plus it looks great on my resume…

Writing Center part 2

So I signed up for the only open spot in the writing center. 11:15 on Monday. The only problem with this is that we’re supposed to post our paper on Sunday by midnight. I don’t think she’s going to accept it but my plan is just to put the form they give me under the door of her office and just hope for the best. I still went to the writing center, isn’t that all that matters?
